The Greenwood Fund

This is a fund established in memory of Dena Greenwood in recognition of her tireless and loving commitment to birds, the birding community and the preservation of the natural world of Northern Arizona. In particular, Dena had been very active in education over many years as she saw this as the key to sustaining a vibrant natural environment.
Donations to the Greenwood Fund will be used to provide a tuition subsidy to students who have completed the Introduction to Natural History Field Studies course at Yavapai College. This course has been designed by and instructed by qualified local Audubon members and has a goal of encouraging community involvement in conservation. . The family has requested that donations are to be made to this fund which is held by The Northern Arizona Audubon Society, a 501c3 organization, and administered in partnership with the family. Thank you.
